Each cohort is a circle of up to six women creatives and a skilled facilitator. We share mutual respect, support, and discovery in a series of sessions designed according to the needs of those in the circle.

However there is a structure!
You’ll receive compassionate coaching, soulful practical exercises,
creative ritual practices and tools that increase your playfulness, trust, vision, gumption, and grace.

The arc of the sessions - over nine weeks - provides a “container” for your ongoing progress on a specific personal or professional artistic breakthrough or area of focus (which you choose and activate
in the first weeks of the program).

In your cohort journey you will:
• Self-assess and Gain awareness of your deepest creative yearnings
• Address your current realities and Discover resources - creative and otherwise - including some that may surprise you!
• Create a Transformational Map that supports your breakthrough, satisfaction, creative sovereignty, and success (self-defined!) connected with your specific project or area of focus
• Receive Meditations and Embark upon Imaginal Journeys that deepen your certainty, affirm intuition, and add more joy and fun :-)
• Enjoy the feeling of Receiving compassionate accountability
and creative problem-solving with women like you - in a powerful facilitated “master-mind” where we champion each others’ success
• Share of your work-in-progress (optional) with colleagues
